Return/Refund Policy

Majority of our products are customised, personalised and made to order therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We ensure that our products go through strict quality control before they are dispatched. We always take photos and make videos of the orders before dispatching. On some occasions, we even making packing videos whereby the products are recorded as we pack the order. This is mainly for social media "pack on order" video and no personal information is visible in these videos. This means that we are closely inspecting all orders and ensure they are of high quality. 

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

EXCHANGES: We do not currently conduct exchanges for online orders. 

CUSTOMISED/PERSONALISED ORDERS: We do not currently accept returns and all sales are final. 

DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time and this is why we meticulously check our products (and most times, take photos and record videos of the final products). If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at with your order number and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
